ISO23953 Glass Top Horizontal Chest Freezer Door Open/Close Test Apparatus
System overview:
The horizontal freezer sliding lid opening and closing testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 23953-2:2015(E) Chapter 5.3.3.2 and the customer's customized requirements. It is used to test the opening and closing durability of the sliding lid of a horizontal refrigerator, and is also used to test the sliding action of the lid when testing the energy efficiency performance of the refrigerator. It is a dedicated fully automatic testing equipment suitable for testing departments such as testing certification agencies and factory laboratories.
The equipment adopts mature PLC intelligent control technology. Equipped with 2 sets of position-adjustable action actuators and mechanical clamping structure. Clamp the handle on the surface of the freezing sliding cover (also equipped with 2 sets of vacuum suction cups to meet the needs of different samples). At the same time, it comes standard with a color LCD touch screen, which can preset the opening stroke, opening and closing speed, opening pause time and interval time. It truly simulates manual opening and closing of the freezer lid, realizing intelligent control and making one machine multi-purpose.

Equipment principle:
Controlled by PLC, operated by intelligent touch screen, the servo motor drives the manipulators, and drives the clamp to hold the handle of the freezer lids (or vacuum suction cups to suck the surface of the freezer lids), so that it can open and close the lids in a reciprocating linear motion.
