Product Overview
The IEC 60529 IPX1–IPX6 Rain Test Chamber is designed to evaluate whether electrical and electronic products, enclosures, and components can maintain reliable performance under simulated rain, dripping water, splashing water, and powerful water jets. This system accurately reproduces various environmental rain conditions to verify the waterproof protection level of products during R&D, quality control, and certification.
Widely used in electrical appliances, lighting products, control cabinets, electronic components, automotive parts, buses, motorcycles, and other equipment, the chamber ensures proper verification of product waterproof reliability, design improvement, and factory inspection.
Features:
1.Suitable for product IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6 waterproof rating test.
2. The outer casing is made of domestic high-quality steel plate, and the surface is painted with baking varnish, which is beautiful and durable.
3.The inner chamber, turntable and oscillating tube are all made of SUS304# stainless steel plate to ensure long-term use without rust.
4. Chamber structure; self-contained water tank, water can be circulated; water tank float valve is installed in the water tank, which automatic control water intaking; and the equipment has low water level alarm detection function.
5. There is a transparent observation window (tempered glass material) on the door, and LED lighting inside of the chamber, easy for operator to observe the internal test.
6. PX12: The drip tank is made of vacuum and made of stainless steel. The nozzle contact position is made of brass cone, which is easy for installation of the spray nozzle.
7. IPX12: It has the function of compressed air drying function. After the test is completed, the excess water in the drip tank can be removed to avoid the fouling of water and block the pinhole. (Note: users need to provide air supply).
8. IPX34: The oscillating tube drive adopts high-quality servo motor. The oscillating speed and angle are precisely adjustable. There is no out-of-step problem. (Out of step: it will cause the malfunction of oscillating tube, oscillating tube will hit the middle turntable shaft, and cause equipment damage.)
9. The IPX3/4 spray nozzle and IPX5/6 hose nozzles are made according to following:

10. Filtration measures: standard high-precision filter, can effectively filter impurities in tap water; filter can be replaced regularly.
11. Turntable drive: use high-quality stepper motor, speed and angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable), and can automatically control the positive and negative rotation (forward and reverse: suitable for the sample power-on test and to prevent cable winding).
12. The test chamber is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220, 10A). The sample power supply can be controlled by program: power failure (0-999min) - power (0-999min) - power failure (0-999min), suitable for the sample which needs to be powered on / off during testing.
13. The test time can be set on the touch screen. The setting range is 0-999min (adjustable).
14. The core control system adopts 7-inch touch screen + PLC. The electrical components adopt imported brands such as LS and Omron. The wiring process conforms to the requirements of national standards. The layout of the electric board is reasonable, the wiring is firm and the marking is clear.
15. The chamber is equipped with an in-line spare parts box, the common spare parts (such as hex screwdrivers, filter elements, needles, etc.) are placed for convenient storage and use.
